For over 200 years, the Azerbaijani people have been subjected to a continuous policy of ethnic cleansing and genocide by Armenian chauvinists, being expelled from their historical lands and turning into refugees and displaced persons. The mass murders and looting committed by Armenian armed groups in 1905 and 1918, the deportation of our compatriots from their native lands in the territory of the Armenia in 1948-1953, the large-scale war initiated in 1988 with the aim of separating Nagorno-Karabakh from Azerbaijan, the tragedy in Khojaly in 1992 – all of these are bloody pages of a genocide policy systematically carried out by aggressive Armenian nationalists against Azerbaijanis. It is the sacred duty and responsibility of the present generation to bring the truth about the genocides committed against our people to the world states and public opinion, based on real historical facts.
