The Armenian nationalists are going on falsifying the historical past of South Caucasus before the eyes of world community. The author basing upon the primary sources proves that in present day Armenia the process of changing the place-names of settlements and other toponyms belonging to Azerbaijanis for the first time began by the decision of the Armenian government in 1919. The process of changing the historical place-names belonging to Azerbaijanis speeded up and got a mass scale the following years and in 1991 after the establishment of the Armenian Republic it ended in the whole.
