This scientific-publicistic monograph can also be called the work concerning the personality of Estonian legist Ando Leps, where the author analyses and gives an estimate through his person, or rather through his individuality, to certain most vital problems concerning the current world, i.e. the issue of war and peace. The scientific-monograph contains the articles? observations and notes by the author-lawyer about history of Estonia, the brothery nations of Finland, tha Baltic States, the major powers of the world and the whole world during the past hundred years. Under a special scrunity of the author is, however, the part og the book considering the political and economical-legal situation in the past hundred years in Estonia, Europe and in the whole world.
