The Dictionary contains about 9000 words and expressions of Jew-Tatish language, which is spoken by the Montain Jews of Caucasus. The Jew-Tatish language belongs to south-western group of Iranian languages and has a considerable number of borrowings from Azerbaijanian language and Hebrew. The Kuba dialect originally spoken in Krasnaya Sloboda (Kuba town, Azerbaijan) is represented in this Dictionary.
