On November 12, 1995, the first Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan was adopted through a nationwide referendum. The adoption of this Constitution is one of the most significant events in our history of independence. This Constitution is a comprehensive and progressive document that regulates the process of building an independent state, provides guarantees for democratic development, and encompasses fundamental changes in the political, social, cultural, and economic spheres of society. It serves as a legal basis for improving legislation. In connection with this historic day, a virtual exhibition titled "November 12 – Constitution Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan" has been prepared.
