The virtual exhibition features publications that reflect the formation and development of the Azerbaijani Army. The exhibition includes works devoted to the establishment of the national army during the period of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, developments in the military sphere during the Soviet era, military-building policies implemented throughout the years of independence, military-political reforms, as well as studies on Azerbaijan’s military history in the ancient and medieval periods. In addition, the exhibition presents publications dedicated to the activities of distinguished military figures, military legislation and regulatory frameworks, the historic Victory achieved in the Patriotic War, and the lives and combat service of Azerbaijan’s National Heroes.

Particular emphasis is placed on the high combat readiness of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan in the modern era, the professionalism demonstrated during the 44-day Patriotic War and subsequent counterterrorism operations, and the historic Victory that resulted in the full restoration of the country’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
