On the occasion of the Armed Forces Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the virtual book exhibition organized by the Presidential Library serves as an important scientific and informational source for the general public, encompassing fundamental publications about our country’s military-political history, army building, and modern military doctrine.

The books presented in the exhibition comprehensively cover the formation and development stages of the Azerbaijani Army, providing a complete picture of military-political reforms implemented during various periods - during the era of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, the years of Soviet rule, and the independence period. At the same time, the exhibition presents publications dedicated to Azerbaijan’s ancient and medieval military history, the activities of prominent military figures, military legislation and normative documents, the Victory achieved in the Patriotic War, as well as the lives and heroism of National Heroes.

The publications presented in the virtual exhibition in various languages serve as a systematic and reliable source of knowledge about Azerbaijan’s military history for both researchers and the general readership.

This initiative by the Presidential Library holds particular significance for studying Azerbaijan’s military-political history, promoting achievements in army building, and strengthening patriotic spirit among the younger generation.
