A special collection dedicated to the works of Nariman Hasanzadeh, People’s Poet and a prominent representative of contemporary Azerbaijani poetry, has been made available in the “Literary Heritage” subsection of the Collections section of the Presidential Library. 

One of the leading figures of Azerbaijani literature, Nariman Hasanzadeh has, over the course of his long-standing creative career, produced valuable works in the genres of poetry, narrative poem, drama, prose, and literary criticism. Distinguished by his devotion to national and spiritual values, love of the homeland, philosophical depth, and artistic originality, the poet’s oeuvre holds a distinctive place in the spiritual world of the Azerbaijani reader.

The collection includes the poet’s books of lyrical poetry, philosophical and patriotic narrative poems, dramatic works, scholarly and literary-critical writings, memoir-style and journalistic articles, prose works, as well as selected editions published in various years. The consolidation of these publications within a single platform serves as a reliable source both for researchers seeking to study the author’s legacy in its entirety and for a broad readership interested in Azerbaijani poetry.

The “Literary Heritage” subsection of the Presidential Library is devoted to preserving in digital format the creative legacy of prominent figures of Azerbaijani literature, transmitting it to future generations, and sustaining the national cultural memory. The inclusion of the collection dedicated to Nariman Hasanzadeh in this subsection constitutes a worthy recognition of the author’s contributions to Azerbaijani literature and culture.
