The collection of the Presidential Library has been enriched with a special edition from the multivolume series “Development is Our Goal” by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev — the book “Victory. Complete and Final Victory”.

This publication provides a detailed account of the decisive actions undertaken by the President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Ilham Aliyev, from the very first moments of the 2020 Patriotic War until the Day of Victory. It highlights his resolute leadership, political wisdom, and military-diplomatic mastery.

The book opens with the historic address of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the nation, delivered on 27 September 2020 at 12:45 p.m., immediately after the armed forces of Armenia subjected Azerbaijani settlements and military positions to intense artillery fire along several directions.

“Victory. Complete and Final Victory” compiles the transcripts of President Ilham Aliyev’s telephone conversations with heads of foreign states and governments during the 44 days of the Patriotic War, his video messages to the nation, interviews with leading international mass media, and Twitter posts announcing the liberation of each settlement.

Presented in chronological order, the new publication includes a comprehensive list of cities, towns, and villages liberated from occupation over the course of 44 days, as well as the names of weapons and ammunition seized as trophies from the Armenian occupiers. It also features the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s addresses to the nation on the liberation of the Aghdam, Lachin, and Kalbajar districts — accomplished without a single shot and without losses.

The book further provides information on the local anti-terrorist measures conducted by the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan on 19–20 September 2023 in the Karabakh region. Within just 23 hours and 43 minutes, the illegal armed formations of separatists were disarmed and withdrawn from the country’s territory, ensuring the full restoration of Azerbaijan’s sovereignty.

Particular attention is devoted to President Ilham Aliyev’s working visit to the United States on 7–9 August 2025, undertaken at the invitation of U.S. President Donald Trump. The book offers a detailed account of the meetings, negotiations, and speeches of the Azerbaijani head of state, which bear historical significance. Moreover, it includes the full text of the Joint Declaration signed by the Presidents of Azerbaijan and the United States of America and the Prime Minister of Armenia.

“Victory. Complete and Final Victory” stands as a vivid chronicle of the historic Victory, national unity, and state determination achieved under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.
