In light of the professional holiday of public servants on June 23, the Presidential Library has organized an extensive virtual book exhibition. The exhibition showcases valuable publications in various languages, covering both theoretical and practical aspects in the field of public administration.
Within the virtual exposition, there are organized publications dedicated to the legal foundations of public service, reforms implemented in the management system, additional education and professional training for civil servants, mechanisms for combating corruption, rules for admission to public service, and the personnel policy in this field. Users of the exhibition are also presented with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Civil Service” and other regulatory documents governing this sphere. These documents encompass the corresponding regulatory framework of public service, principles of service organization, and directives for the proper fulfillment of duties and responsibilities.
The literature presented goes beyond just legal and administrative frameworks; it also offers broad opportunities for analyzing the historical dynamics of the development of the institution of public service, management philosophy, and modern requirements. The exhibition serves as a reliable source of knowledge for professionals working in the field of public service, students, and researchers in the field of management and law.
