The Presidential Library has received the reissued 12th volume of the multi-volume work "Heydar Aliyev. Our Independence is Eternal," which reflects the political legacy of National Leader Heydar Aliyev. This publication covers the period of April-May 1996. The volume compiles documents and other materials that illustrate the National Leader's political activities during that time, his perspectives on the country’s socio-political and socio-economic processes, and significant events of the era.
