Nazim Mustafa, Advisor to the Director of the Presidential Library on Caucasus Studies, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of History and Ethnology of ANAS, Member of the Board of the Western Azerbaijan Community, and Doctor of Philosophy in History, participated in the republican scientific conference titled “WESTERN AZERBAIJAN: HISTORY, CULTURE, AND THE GREAT RETURN” held in Nakhchivan city on June 13–14, 2025. The conference was jointly organized by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the A.A.Bakikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology of ANAS, the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the Nakhchivan Branch of ANAS, the Western Azerbaijan Community, and Nakhchivan State University.

Nazim Mustafa delivered a presentation on “Armenian Crimes Against Western Azerbaijan Toponyms” in the conference section titled “Western Azerbaijan: History, Truths, and Facts”.

He also donated a copy of his book, “Western Azerbaijan: Facts, Documents, Realities” (published in 2025), to the Scientific Library of the Nakhchivan Branch of ANAS.
