The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has presented the Presidential Library with the books "The Washington Summit: The Diplomatic Pinnacle of the Victory Path" and "Heydar Aliyev. Awards."

The book "The Washington Summit: The Diplomatic Pinnacle of the Victory Path" highlights the political and diplomatic significance of the working visit by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, to the United States of America from August 7–9, 2025. The publication presents the meetings held, the negotiations conducted, and the important documents signed during the visit. This includes the Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of a Strategic Working Group to develop a Charter on Strategic Partnership between Azerbaijan and the United States, as well as the significance of signing the document to suspend Section 907 of the U.S. Congress's 1992 act, which had been applied against Azerbaijan.

The book provides information on the initialing of a draft agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia on the establishment of peace and interstate relations within the framework of the Washington summit, the adoption of a joint appeal regarding the closure of the OSCE Minsk process and its related structures, as well as the outcomes of the meeting held between the Presidents of the USA and Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia. The Joint Declaration also reflects the "Tramp Route for International Peace and Prosperity" (TRIPP) project, which envisages unimpeded connectivity between the main part of Azerbaijan and its Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The book "Heydar Aliyev. Awards" presents the orders, medals, honorary titles, and other awards bestowed upon the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, by various states and international organizations. The publication lists the awards in chronological order, with each one accompanied by brief information about the respective state or organization.

These publications, added to the Presidential Library's collection, hold significant value as a reliable source of information for a broad readership, contributing to the study of modern Azerbaijani history, the country's diplomatic achievements, and its statehood traditions.
