A total of 43 publications have been donated to the Presidential Library by the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The editions consist of protocols and transcripts of plenary sittings held within various sessions of the Milli Majlis and cover parliamentary materials from 2024–2025.
The materials donated to the Presidential Library constitute valuable sources of information for the study of the legislative activities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the principles governing the organization of parliamentary work, and state governance processes. The protocols and transcripts reflect discussions of draft laws, adopted decisions, statements by members of parliament, as well as issues related to the country’s socio-political, socio-economic, and legal development.
The editions presented by the Milli Majlis provide an important factual basis for studying the legislative process, the formation of normative legal acts, and the content of parliamentary discussions. In this regard, they serve as valuable reference sources for legal scholars, historians, political scientists, public administration specialists, as well as researchers engaged in the study of legislative activity and the history of parliamentarism.
The new additions to the Presidential Library’s collection further enrich its information resources in the fields of law, statehood, and parliamentarism. At the same time, these materials expand users’ access to primary sources related to the legislative and parliamentary practice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, while also broadening the research resources available for scholarly and professional studies.
