The latest volume—Volume 150—of the multi-volume series “Ilham Aliyev: Development Is Our Goal”, which reflects the multifaceted state-building activities of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the principal directions of the country’s domestic and foreign policy, has been added to the Presidential Library collection. The publication presents, in chronological order, the major socio-political developments that took place both in Azerbaijan and internationally in January and February 2026, as well as the Head of State’s official visits, meetings, and speeches. 
   
This volume presents materials on the high-level meetings held during President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev's visit to the Swiss Confederation to participate in the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum, his participation in the panel session entitled “Defining Eurasia’s Economic Identity”, and the signing ceremony of the “Peace Council Charter”. The publication also includes the Head of State’s interview with Euronews during his visit to the United Arab Emirates.  
     
The publication also contains materials on President Ilham Aliyev's receipt of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity and his participation in the award ceremony, as well as congratulatory letters addressed to him by various heads of state and government and religious leaders. It also includes the Head of State’s speech at a meeting dedicated to the 2026–2035 State Program on Water Supply, Wastewater, and Stormwater Systems for the City of Baku and the Absheron Peninsula; his meetings, held in the village of Ashaghi Oratagh during his visit to the Karabakh region, with residents of the villages of Ashaghi Oratagh, Childiran, Heyvali, and Chapar in the Aghdara district; and materials on his visit to the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate the 36th anniversary of the January 20 Tragedy. 
     
The multi-volume series “Ilham Aliyev: Development Is Our Goal” is one of the principal scholarly publications for the study of Azerbaijan’s contemporary political history, the country’s experience in public administration, and its domestic and foreign policy. Volume 150, added to the Presidential Library collection, is a valuable resource for researchers, historians, political scientists, educators, students, civil servants, and a broad readership interested in Azerbaijan’s contemporary stage of development.
