The 145th volume of the multi-volume collection “Ilham Aliyev. Development is Our Goal”, which systematically documents the activities of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been incorporated into the collection of the Presidential Library.

This edition covers key political events and the President’s speeches and meetings that took place both domestically and internationally during May–June 2025. The volume also compiles congratulatory letters addressed to President Ilham Aliyev from heads of state and government of various countries on the occasion of May 28 — Independence Day.

Readers are given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with materials related to President Ilham Aliyev’s meeting with the delegation participating in the 2nd Meeting of the Ministers of Internal Affairs of the Organization of Turkic States, as well as the summit meetings held in Lachin with President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

The 145th volume also highlights the events organized within the framework of Baku Energy Week. It features materials on the 30th anniversary Caspian Oil and Gas International Exhibition, the 13th Caspian Power Caspian International Power and “Green Energy” Exhibition, the 30th anniversary Baku Energy Forum, as well as the inauguration ceremony of Lachin International Airport.

By being added to the Presidential Library’s collection, this new volume enables readers to consistently follow the significant political developments in the country and the international engagements of the head of state.
