A total of 240 books representing 34 titles have been donated to the Presidential Library by the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre.
The books cover such topics as multiculturalism, religious and ethnic diversity, the historical and cultural heritage of Caucasian Albania, Islamophobia, studies on Caucasian Albania in Azerbaijan, the history and cultural environment of Garabagh, as well as the country’s literary and scholarly traditions. Published in various languages, the books serve as valuable sources of information and research for readers interested in history, culture, interreligious relations, and multicultural values.
The donated publications include scholarly studies, collections of articles, proceedings of international conferences, historical studies, as well as books devoted to the cultural heritage of various regions of Azerbaijan. The publications extensively explore traditions of tolerance, the preservation of national and spiritual heritage, cultural diversity, and various aspects of Azerbaijan’s multicultural model.
Among the publications are studies devoted to the ethnocultural heritage of Caucasian Albania, international reports on Islamophobia, books on the history of Garabagh, as well as publications dedicated to the cultural heritage of Shusha, Sheki, Ganja, and the Shirvanshahs. These books serve as important scholarly and informative resources for researchers, students, specialists, and a broad readership.
The book exchange carried out between the Presidential Library and the Baku International Multiculturalism Centre contributes to the expansion of scholarly and cultural cooperation, the promotion of multicultural traditions, and making valuable publications accessible to a wider readership.
