People's Poet and renowned public figure Sabir Rustamkhanli has donated valuable books that encompass his literary heritage to the Presidential Library. As part of the donation, 20 copies of 19 different titles authored by him over the years have been added to the Presidential Library’s collection.

The publications presented to the Presidential Library encompass the main themes of Sabir Rustamkhanli's literary, journalistic, and historical-philosophical works. These pieces illuminate the historical memory of the Azerbaijani people, national identity and statehood concepts, the spiritual and cultural heritage of the Turkic world, and topics of freedom and independence.

The donated multi-volume publications serve as a significant reference for the phased study of the author's rich creative journey. At the same time, the bibliographic publication dedicated to Sabir Rustamkhanli's life and work acts as a reliable source for research on his scientific and literary heritage.
