The recently published 142nd volume of President Ilham Aliyev's multi-volume work "Development is Our Goal" has been added to the collection of the Presidential Library. This new edition encompasses significant political events and speeches from the period between December 2024 and February 2025.
In this volume of the series, a letter of gratitude from President Ilham Aliyev to the presidents of Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, and Iran is included, following Azerbaijan's unanimous election to the D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation. The book also features the President's speech during a meeting held at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport in connection with the tragic crash of a passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines on the Baku-Grozny route. Additionally, it covers his meeting with the families of the deceased crew members and his phone conversations with Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding this matter.
