Elman Nasirov, Member of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Professor, Doctor of Political Sciences, donated his monograph entitled “Energy Security Policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan: The Transition from Traditional Energy to ‘Green Energy’” to the Presidential Library.
