The 149th Volume of the Multi-Volume Series “Ilham Aliyev: Development Is Our Goal” Added to the Presidential Library Collection
The latest volume—Volume 149—of the multi-volume series “Ilham Aliyev: Development Is Our Goal,” which reflects the multifaceted activities of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the country’s domestic and foreign policy priorities, has been added to the collection of the Presidential Library. The publication presents, in chronological order, major socio-political developments in Azerbaijan and on the international stage between November 2025 and January 2026, including the President’s official visits, meetings, and speeches.
This volume includes materials on President Ilham Aliyev’s visits to Uzbekistan and Slovakia, as well as to the United Arab Emirates. It also features information on the President’s participation in the Seventh Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia, meetings with NATO and United States delegations, as well as speeches and statements on regional cooperation, international security, and multilateral relations.
The publication further contains materials concerning President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to the Alley of Martyrs on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of Victory in the Patriotic War, his participation in the military parade dedicated to the historic Victory achieved in the Patriotic War, and the opening ceremony of the Victory Museum. These materials extensively highlight the significance of Azerbaijan’s historic Victory in strengthening the traditions of statehood, reinforcing national unity, and preserving historical memory.
Volume 149 also contains the President’s speeches delivered during his visit to the Garabagh region, including his participation in the opening ceremonies of Victory Park in the city of Khankendi and the Second Residential Complex in the city of Aghdam, as well as his meetings with residents who have returned to these territories. In addition, the publication contains the President’s address to the Azerbaijani people on the occasion of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and the New Year.
