The Organization of War, Labor and Armed Forces Veterans of the Republic of Azerbaijan were gifted four copies of books (Azərbaycanın və Dağıstanın böyük oğlu (A great son of Azerbaijan and Dagestan); Məmmədov A. N. Böyük Azərbaycan naminə – Əziz Əliyev (“In the name of great Azerbaijan – Aziz Aliyev” by A.N. Mammadov); Талыблы, Таһир Ислам оғлу Әзиз Әлијев: дөврү, һәјаты, шәхсијјәти (“Aziz Aliyev: era, life, personality” by Tahir Talibli)) from the Gift Fund of the Presidential Library of the Republic of Azerbaijan, providing information about the rich life and activities of the renowned public and political figure of Azerbaijan, Aziz Mammakarim oglu Aliyev, who left a significant mark in the history of our statehood.

The books cover the distinguished state official’s service to the Azerbaijani nation and state, highlighting his contributions to the political, social, and cultural development of the country in various responsible state positions. Publications extensively illuminate Aziz Aliyev’s invaluable services in establishing the healthcare system in the Republic and shaping medical education, as well as the significant reforms and initiatives he implemented during his leadership roles.

Aziz Aliyev, holding leadership positions not only in Azerbaijan but also in the Republic of Dagestan, made a contribution to strengthening friendly and fraternal relations between these two nations.
