The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan donated the Presidential Library a valuable publication titled "Karabakh is Azerbaijan!: The Great Return!" The book, comprising four chapters, discusses our country’s political activities, the restoration process in Karabakh, and the legal measures involved.

The "Political Review" chapter documents President Ilham Aliyev's activities from 2021 to 2022, including his role in international and domestic relations, as well as important decisions and initiatives related to public administration. It also highlights the President’s speeches at official events, as well as his meetings with representatives of foreign states and international organizations. The chapter also discusses the actions taken to restore the country's territorial integrity and the associated diplomatic efforts.

The "Interviews" chapter covers statements made by President Ilham Aliyev to local and foreign media organizations. It addresses strategic topics, including Azerbaijan's political position, regional processes, the outcomes of the 44-day Patriotic War, diplomatic activity, the security architecture in the South Caucasus, economic development, and energy projects. The chapter includes interviews the President granted to Azerbaijan Television, CNN Türk, Anadolu Agency, EFE, "La Repubblica", "El País", "Il Sole 24 Ore", "Russia-1", and other leading media outlets. It also features the statements the President made to journalists during his visits to Brussels, Cernobbio, and Prague.

The "Return Process" chapter discusses the restoration, reconstruction, and resettlement processes implemented in the liberated territories. It details the work completed on water, energy, and transport infrastructure,  "green energy" zones, "smart village" projects, airports, industrial parks, agricultural areas, urban planning policy, and the restoration of architectural heritage. Additionally, it features the declaration of Shusha as the cultural capital, the reconstruction of museums and temples, as well as the hosting of festivals and cultural events. Furthermore, it reflects the state-building policy being implemented, supported by President Ilham Aliyev’s and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva’s visits to the regions.

The chapter "Ensuring Justice" is dedicated to the investigation and ensuring legal accountability for crimes committed by Armenia during the occupation and war. The chapter includes the activities of procuracy authorities in the liberated territories, mine terrorism, the investigation of crimes against civilians and military personnel, the discovery of mass graves, and crimes against humanity. It also presents cooperation with international organizations and materials made available to the public.

The management of the Presidential Library expresses its gratitude to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan for its attention and support. The publication “Karabakh is Azerbaijan!: The Great Return!” is intended for a broad readership and serves as a valuable resource offering insights into the country's contemporary history, state policy, restoration efforts, and legal processes.
