Center for Legal Examination and Legislative Initiatives Donates Publications to Presidential Library
The Center for Legal Examination and Legislative Initiatives has presented two new publications, the Scientific-Practical Commentary on the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Legal Entities" and the book "Lawmaking," to the Presidential Library.
Published within the framework of the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty," the Scientific-Practical Commentary on the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Legal Entities" provides a systematic and article-by-article scientific interpretation of the law's provisions. This resource serves as a scientific-methodological source to support a deeper understanding of the law's theoretical and practical aspects, as well as its correct and consistent application in legal relations involving public legal entities.
