Elbay Gasimzadeh, Chairman of the Board of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan, donated the books "Architect Elbay Gasimzadeh," published in Azerbaijani and Russian, to the Presidential Library. The publications are now part of the Presidential Library's collections.
