The collection of the Presidential Library has been enhanced with the release of the 9th volume of the reprint series "Heydar Aliyev. Our Independence is Eternal." This volume covers the period from September 20 to November 26, 1995, and includes speeches, statements, appeals, interviews, and letters from National Leader, Heydar Aliyev, during that time.

The volume includes discussions that took place during the meeting of the Commission responsible for drafting the new Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as an extensive speech by Heydar Aliyev. This speech covers both the preparation of the new Constitution and the main aspects related to statehood.

The book also features Heydar Aliyev's speech delivered at the events in New York commemorating the 50th anniversary of the United Nations. This speech articulates Azerbaijan's stance within the international community, as well as the head of state's perspective on global issues.

This volume of the multi-volume collection includes Heydar Aliyev's statement to the press during his participation in the voting for the first Constitution of the independent Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the elections to the Milli Majlis on November 12, 1995. It also features his extensive speech at the first session of the Milli Majlis.

The publication also addresses other meetings and negotiations from that period, offering a comprehensive overview of the significant events that occurred in Azerbaijan's political life during the fall of 1995.
