The National Museum of History of Azerbaijan has donated 32 copies of 16 titles of books published in the Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages to the Presidential Library.
The publications include scientific researches, archival documents, ethnographic descriptions, catalogs, and albums, journalistic articles and documentary sources covering various periods of Azerbaijan’s history. Among them are materials on the early medieval history of Zangazur and Nakhchivan, the legacy of the intelligentsia of the Karabakh region, material evidence of Islamic culture, studies dedicated to Caucasian Albania, and scientific descriptions of rare exhibits from the collections of the National Museum of the History of Azerbaijan.
These books contribute to enriching the collection of the Presidential Library and providing users with reliable sources on history, culture, and museum affairs. The publications serve as a useful informational base for researchers, students, and a wide readership.
Such collaboration between the museum and the library is crucial for disseminating scientific knowledge to the public. Adding new publications to the library collection also contributes to the systematic preservation of national heritage and its transmission to future generations.
