Within this mission, the e-project titled "20 January. Aggression 1990," presented to users, serves as an important scientific and informational resource for the comprehensive study of the political, legal, and moral aspects of the January 20 tragedy.

The sub-section "Analysis of the Tragedy" of the project presents the January 20 events not only in chronological order but also within an analytical framework. It provides a comprehensive overview of the political assessment given by National Leader Heydar Aliyev regarding the tragedy, the legal aspects of the events, the connection of Bloody January to the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, the geopolitical reasons, and the national factor. Additionally, the moral and psychological effects of the tragedy on the public consciousness are also highlighted.

One of the notable sections of the project is the "Martyrs" section.
