The art fund in the ‘Collections’ section of the Presidential Library has been enriched with a number of new editions. This section of the digital resource presents to a wide audience materials of high scientific and aesthetic value in various areas of art.
    
Among the newly added editions a special place is taken by books dedicated to the works of artist Ali Ismail, research work of theatre critic Ilham Rahimli - ‘Irevan State Azerbaijani Drama Theatre’, book by Eldeniz Ibrahimov - ‘Miracles at the Gates of the East’, as well as annotations of albums and catalogues, exhibitions of famous art critics. These materials are presented in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages, which is available for a wide audience of the Presidential Library's readers.
         
This trilingual section is regularly updated. It presents resources on Azerbaijan's rich historical and architectural monuments, the work of outstanding artists, rare art and the expositions of modern museums. These publications, available in electronic format, serve as an important source of information for both specialists and a wide range of readers interested in art.
     
It should be noted that the Art Books Collection of the Presidential Library collects and exhibits valuable books, albums, exhibition catalogues on architecture, carpet weaving, decorative and applied arts, painting, graphics, photography, music, theatre and cinema. These publications make a significant contribution both to the preservation of the national heritage and to its scientific and mass promotion.
      
This initiative is another example of the Presidential Library's consistent and purposeful work to digitise cultural heritage and make it available to the general public.
