Professor Shahlar Asgarov donated his new books to the Presidential Library
On August 27, Honored Scientist, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Shahlar Asgarov visited the Presidential Library, became acquainted with its ongoing activities, and donated his newly published books to the library’s collection.
As one of the initiators of the establishment of the New Azerbaijan Party, an active participant in the development of the party, and a trusted ally of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, Shahlar Asgarov shared his memories with readers in the book “Unique Chapters from the Life of Heydar Aliyev”. As the author himself notes, this book reflects thoughts, memories, and reflections on the unique pages of the remarkable and unparalleled life journey of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
Another book by the author, titled “A Polished Stone Does Not Stay Unnoticed” includes hundreds of scientific and scientific-publicistic articles he has written over the past 20 years, as well as interviews published in the media concerning the problems of our education system.
In the professor’s third book “The Wisdom Behind a Just Decision” he presents philosophical views on issues we face in public and social life, reflections on salvation and solidarity, the philosophy of national unity as a phenomenon, and articles related to the 44-day Second Karabakh War and the glorious victory of our army.
The Director of the Presidential Library, Professor Afet Abbasova expressed her gratitude to Professor Shahlar Asgarov for enriching the library’s collection with his books and wished him good health and success in his scientific and socio-political endeavors.
