Doctor of Law and Associate Professor Narmin Anvar gizi Hasanova has donated her new publications to the Presidential Library.
The donated publications include a monograph titled "Problems of Legal Regulation of Administrative Judicial Proceedings" and a textbook entitled "Administrative Law in Foreign Countries."
The monograph titled "Problems of Legal Regulation of Administrative Judicial Proceedings" examines the legal regulation of administrative judicial proceedings—an essential institution of a modern legal state—from both scientific and practical perspectives. The work thoroughly explores the concept of this field, its legal nature, normative framework, and its role in protecting human rights. Additionally, the author conducts a comparative analysis of the legal systems in countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the United States, highlighting the structural features and practical applications of various administrative court models. The monograph also addresses important issues, including the subject matter of administrative disputes, judicial independence, the legal balance between administrative bodies and courts, and oversight mechanisms.
The textbook "Administrative Law in Foreign Countries" presents a comparative analysis of the administrative law systems in various countries, with particular focus on Great Britain, the USA, and Germany. It explores fundamental doctrines, the mechanisms of application, and the different forms of judicial review within administrative law, considering both theoretical and practical aspects. This work is regarded as a valuable resource for lawyers, researchers, and students.
These publications significantly enhance the scientific and legal literature collection of the Presidential Library.
