The Presidential Library's collection has been enriched with the 11th volume of the multi-volume work "Heydar Aliyev. Our Independence is Eternal." The publication covers the period from January 20, 1996, to April 1, 1996, and contains materials reflecting the activities of National Leader Heydar Aliyev during that time.

The collection includes the speeches, addresses, statements, appeals, interviews, letters, and other official documents of the National Leader. The compilation features a speech delivered at a ceremony held at the Republican Palace on the anniversary of the January 20 tragedy, an address at the February 2 Youth Forum, interviews with Astrakhan and Georgian television, and appeals to the public in connection with the holiday of Ramadan and the anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.

The publication also reflects the meetings and negotiations held with President Eduard Shevardnadze during an official visit to Georgia, meetings with Azerbaijanis living in that country, as well as events and speeches that took place during the state visit of Turkmenistan President Saparmurat Niyazov to Azerbaijan.

Materials were also included on strengthening Azerbaijan's state independence, overcoming the difficulties encountered during the transition to a market economy, developing agriculture, and eliminating the consequences of Armenian aggression. In addition, documents reflecting the main directions of the country's domestic and foreign policy have been compiled.

The publication serves as a reliable source for researchers and a broad readership, enabling a more comprehensive study of significant milestones in the years of independence, the socio-political processes of that period, and the experience of state administration.
