A valuable publication titled “Гейдар Алиев и нефтяная стратегия Азербайджана в 1969–1982 гг.” (“Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijan’s Oil Strategy in 1969–1982”), prepared by the Public and Political Documents Archive of the Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been donated to the Presidential Library.

The book presents documents sourced from the collections of the Public and Political Documents Archive of the Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. These materials provide a comprehensive insight into the oil strategy implemented by National Leader Heydar Aliyev during his leadership of Azerbaijan in the years 1969–1982.
