Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, 2nd Class State Counselor, Doctor of Law, Professor Namig Aliyev has donated 31 copies of 17 books and 4 scientific journals to the Presidential Library.

The publications included in the collections of the Presidential Library cover important areas such as international law, international relations, diplomacy, political analytics, modern geopolitical processes, state sovereignty, constitutional and legal issues, and regional security.
