The 147th volume of the multi-volume work "Development is Our Goal," which systematically reflects the activities of Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been published and added to the Presidential Library's collection. This volume covers significant political events occurring domestically and internationally during August-September 2025, as well as the head of state's speeches and meetings.

This volume provides a detailed account of President Ilham Aliyev's foreign visits and international meetings. These include a working visit to the United States, a meeting with President Donald Trump, the ceremony for initialing the draft "Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia," and visits to Turkmenistan and China. Materials concerning the head of state's high-level meeting between Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, and his participation in the SCO Plus format, are also presented.
