With the aim of promoting environmental awareness among the population and fostering ecological culture, the Presidential Library presents to internet users the documentary-information project entitled “Ecology of Azerbaijan”, prepared in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. This resource compiles extensive materials that analyze the main directions of the environmental policy implemented in the country, as well as examine the current state of biodiversity within the territory of Azerbaijan and the measures undertaken for its protection. In addition, the resource systematically incorporates official normative-legal documents adopted in the fields of ecology and environmental protection following the restoration of state independence, as well as all international conventions to which the Republic of Azerbaijan is a party.
