In accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan of January 31, 2008, the building of the Cultural Centre of the Ministry of National Security was allocated to the MNS. The official opening ceremony of the Cultural Centre building after the extensive repair and construction works was held in March 14, 2009, with attendance of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. llham Aliyev. The children and youngsters learning the secrets of the fine arts at the "Colourful dreams" studio transfer the imaginations of their inner world with dyes to the paper, canvas or decorative compositions, and thus present a glance at the colourful nature of Azerbaijan historical monuments, universe, cosmos, on-ground and underground world from their point of view. The exhibitions and demonstrations of their works, one distinguished from another organized at the Cultural Centre are met with great interest. As you follow through the pages of this book with examples of the children and youth's creation you will witness their colourful dreams yourselves and once again take pride in the brilliant youth of Azerbaijan.
