The electronic collection “Literary Monuments of Turkic Peoples. Epics and Dastans” presents literary monuments of Turkic peoples in a unified compilation.
The collection includes electronic versions of outstanding written monuments of the Middle Turkic period, such as: the inscription “Kul-Tegin: Orkhon-Yenisei Inscriptions (6th-8th centuries)”; the epic poem “Epic of Gilgamesh”; “Kutadgu Bilik” by Yusuf Balasaguni; “Diwan Lughat at-Turk” by Mahmud Kashgari; “Divan-i Hikmet” by Ahmed Yesevi. These works are presented in electronic format in several languages.
The collection also features electronic versions of Turkic epic dastans such as: “Manas”, “Alpamish”, “Koblandy Batyr”, “Forty Girls”, “Ural Batyr”, “Maday Kara”, “Olonkho”, “Ulyp”, “Edigey”, “Nart”, “Koroghlu”, and others.
