- Armenian issue and directly conserned with this ststement about Armenian genocide recently is one of the controversial points, which disturb social minds of Turkey and the entire world. Along with Turkey and Armenian sides one of the most important victims of the events during the years 1915-1923 was tsarist, and later Soviet Russia. From this point of view Russian state archives contain such documents which are able to have an important role in acclaiming truth in moot aspects of Armenian issue.
