- The book deals with political, economic and cultural revival having begun with arising of the local states after the decline of Arab caliphate in Azerbaijan. The author is the pioneer to describe the early Renaissance as the period of Azerbaijan history- the revival begun with spreading of the epos "Kitabi-Dede Gorgud" in all country territory and with formation of the Azerbaijan people which lasted till the begining of the XIII century.
