Registration
- One should submit identity card and one 3X4 size photo in order to subscribe to the library.
- Any reader can use the reading halls of the library by submitting his/her identity card.
- The staff of the Administration, Secretary and Administrative Department of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan can make use of the Lending Section.
